The restaurant’s contemporary ambience, enhanced by a modern, brown and orange color story, makes it ideal for a leisurely lunch or shopper’s pit-stop.
Auma is planned to redefine luxury dining and opulence, says owner Charu Munjal, who also owns the Auma lifestyle brand.
The food journey begins with a variety of dishes from European, Italian to Thai. Guests have the option to plan together and customize their meal, from ingredients to their palettes to preferred spice levels.
Created by Executive Chef Bhagirath and Sou Chef Clyde, Auma’s a la carte menu offers guests a taste of authentic Thai cuisine, typically experienced in the back alleys of Thailand.
A large selection of cooking options are made in-house, from pizza bases to freshly baked breads and exotic ice cream flavors.
