Cut boneless chicken breast
Soaked and chopped nuts (in hot water)
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
2 tablespoons clean butter
1 tablespoon cumin
2 bay leaves
1 inch cinnamon
2-3 green cardamoms
2 medium onions
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon hot spices
Make a paste with soaked poppy seeds and nuts
Heat some oil in a pan and stir in some cumin, cinnamon, bay leaves, cardamom.
Add the onions
Add the ginger paste and stir constantly without covering with a lid.
Add poppy seeds and almond paste to the mixture.
Add red chilli powder
Add hot spices and salt, and stir
Add the chicken pieces, stir, cover the lid and cook on high heat for five minutes.
When done, garnish with soaked almond pieces.
Cover the lid again without fire and the delicious almond chicken is ready to eat!
